The Famly App (Daily Updates): Get real-time updates straight to your phone with the Famly App. Track daily meals, nappies, and invoices, while viewing photos, videos, and EYFS developmental milestones. Plus you can upload your own photos from home.
Our Partnership & Key Person System: We work hand-in-hand with you. Your child’s dedicated Key Person tracks their milestones, shares regular updates, and hosts annual parents' evenings to keep you in the loop.

Baby
(3 month - 2 years)
The Baby Room is equipped for the ages of 3 months to 2 years. We have a dedicated team that support your child's learning and development through the EYFS. We do fun and engaging activities every day with the aim of enhancing their learning, every minute is a learning minute. We offer a nurturing environment that provides your baby with a home from home experience.
Toddler
(2-3 years)
The toddler room serves as a safe and stimulating environment designed specifically for children between the ages of 2 and 3. The primary focus of the toddler room is to provide activities and experiences that promote their physical, cognitive, social and emotional development. Our fun circle times help promote language development by engaging in conversation.
Pre-School
(3-5 years)
The preschool provides a stimulating and nurturing environment for children ages 3 to 5. Our aim is to help them learn grow and thrive, laying a solid foundation for future academic success and lifelong learning. We do this through play based learning creating chances for imaginative play, sensory exploration, building and problem solving.
Fees and Funding
Government funding explained
Universal 15 hours funded childcare for 3 year olds: All 3 and 4 year olds in England are entitled to 15 hours of funded childcare per week during term time — no application needed.
30 hours funded childcare for working family: Each parent must earn at least the equivalent of 16 hours per week at National Minimum/Living Wage.
Each parent must earn less than £100,000 per year.
You may still qualify if you're on sick leave, parental leave, or certain benefits.
Immigration status, your child's age, and where they live can also affect eligibility.

How will I know my child is safe in the nursery?
All staff undergo an enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check. Until received all staff are supervised and cannot be left alone with the children.
Are staff allowed phones in the rooms?
No. All staff phones are kept in the office, parents are also exempt from using their phones in the rooms and corridor.
When does the nursery open?
We open from 8:00am till 5:45pm. We are open 51 weeks of the year, closed on bank holidays and the week of Christmas.
What happens if my child is taken ill during nursery?
We have a sickness policy in place to ensure your child receives the correct treatment.
What is the adult to child ratio in the rooms?
Under 2's - 1:3 Over 2's - 1:5 3+ - 1:8
What happens if I am late for pickup?
We understand that occasionally there are traffic problems or other emergencies, please ring us as soon as you know you will be late so that we are able to arrange two staff members to stay behind. There is a grace period of 5 minutes after which you will be charged £1 a minute to pay the staff accordingly.
